Hey everybody Anthony Morrison here and welcome to another episode of the Unlock Success Podcast.
The goal of this podcast is to give you the tools you need to grow your business. And by tools I don't simply mean the methods or tactics that we teach on some of our other channels.
Instead, we wanted to use this podcast to give you the mindset tools you need to truly master your business, and become the type of entrepreneur and person you have the potential to become.
Today I wanted to give you a glimpse into my evening routine that I try to commit to every single night.
Now, I wanted to do this for a few reasons…
First of all because I have been seeing so many YouTubers outlining their "Morning Routines" and the "Morning Routines of Entrepreneurs" that I thought it would be fun to be a bit of a contrarian and show you my evening routine.
But secondly, I really do believe that we can get so caught up in these "morning habits" like waking up a 3AM, working out to an extent, working on our business, eating right…
That we neglect what we're doing the night before to get us to that point.
I heard quote growing up that said, "Monday Morning Starts Sunday Night."
Which means, if you want to hit the ground running on Monday, you better do the prep needed on Sunday.
And that's what we're going to talk about in today's episode.

Thank you for the evening habits. #1, I am going to start now.π₯π₯
Yes. Making a list of things you need to accomplish the next day is a great way to start.
If you make the list it will force you to get started. Plus, when making the list it will help you determine what is important and need to get done sooner than other things or projects. Trying to clear your mind before sleep is good, but takes some practice. Thanks for the help.
Right on Braden – working on these myself!
Practice is a great word for it π
What do you think? Do you agree that evening routines are important? Let me know below!
I love this idea, I’m an evening person anyway.
I definitely agree with everything that you said and I end my day with meditation π§πΎββοΈ
Awesome way of explaining even minute things.
All great tips but your right things don’t always go the way you want. I am usually a very organized person. I listen to a sermon with headphones just to relax.
Once again, you gave us great info. I especially love the fact watching the news (negativity) before bed really isn’t a good thing to do. I will be changing that one immediately!
Thanks for the help, great , how to make evening habit’s !!
These are all great suggestions. Thanks for taking time to share them.
Very valuable info, thank you
Good idea Iam listing to this after the video i put it in action thank Anthony
Absolutely true… incremental wins stacked up every day lead to the big win and itβs the internal wins that will sit with you the longest. Your looking good to bro keep it up ππ½
AAAAOOOOOO Is that a new Background jam??? oh wow this is going to be good stuff count on it, after the heat of the day oooohhhhh so true Sunday is the best time to get some things done… Thanks, Anthony
thanks Anthony change my routine writing down your plans for day wow A+
Good life style advice to help keep us motivated.
I currently plan my day the night before as in your video. On one of your other points my parents taught me to always think about good things. They always said the phrase if you let garbage in you will have garbage out.
I agree. Routines are important to my success in anything I want. I will try making my list at night. Usually I do it in the morning when I am pulling myself together for the day but you made an excellent point. Many times I get pulled away by some distraction and the whole day can go a different direction.
i love it. what a great idea, never done that before… ug. back to it
i used to have a shcedule… been fighting “this” so hard, because im not in my put positive in schedule – i love how u reteach me everything. tnx again
