    Anthony! As always, Great idea of content generation. All 3 niches COULD be profitable if you give few hints on profit ranges depending of course on locations as you said. You mentioned great advantages of saving on maintenance, labor cost by automating access and payment. Could elaborate a bit further or make a comment on the fruits of your investigations that made you decide on the most IMPORTANT FACTOR OF INVESTMENT: RATE OF RETURN, to enable us compare to say S&P500 or what have you references on gains…Thanks
