Hey guys, Sabri Suby here, and I just got done with meeting with my team, and there’s always just one pervasive question and problem that keeps coming up for businesses that are really trying to grow. Businesses can fail as a result of wars, recessions, high taxation, high-interest rates, excessive regulations, poor management decisions, insufficient marketing, inability to compete with other similar businesses, or a lack of interest from the public in the business's offerings.
So really in business, there is just one thing that is responsible for all the businesses it is a success or their failure.
The one thing is the offer on the premise of that failing restaurant and that really successful restaurant. When you break it down, so its first principles in its core and you really look at it fundamentally the reason why that business is failing is that people aren't liking that offer.
