I Published 3 Books (Writing my 4th) – Ask Me Anything

I've had LOTS of requests for info about book writing. I've self-published 3 books, including a Wall Street Journal Bestseller, and I'm in the middle of writing my 4th book as we speak.

This new book is my first traditionally published book.

Ask me anything, especially if you're interested in becoming an author someday. Questions about marketing and promoting books are especially fun, but I'm down for anything 👍

    Hey Pat, I know this is long after you recorded this. But how much do you know about a book before you start? Is it a basic need or idea or do you have some amount of collected knowledge before starting a book?

    I hope to know as much as I can before I begin, but if I don’t, I make sure to do the research before I begin writing something.
