You know it's important to create content, but unless you know how to plan and organize the creation of that content, you'll either get confused and start to feel overwhelmed, or slack off and fall behind.
We don't want any of that.
In this video, I'll show you how I use Notion as a content creator. It's a tool I've been using for the last 6 months to organize my content creation that has saved me so much time and stress, I wanted to finally pass on how I use Notion to you.
From collection your content creation ideas, to how to move them from ideation through production and finally into publication, I'll show you exactly how to organize this tool for your needs, using examples from a few of the platforms I create content on.
Here's a link to check out Notion for your own use:
Notion does not have an affiliate link, so don't worry about me getting credit for any referrals. The best thing you can do is get organized and on top of your content creation, and let me know how it goes down the road. You got this!

What up Pat. Never been this early. I’ve been staying away from notion. It seems cumbersome at first. I always feel like just hand written notes will do the job.
Always good too see how people use it.
What about obsidian, with the plug-ins you can currently do almost as much as notion in some systems, and more then notion in other areas. With the ability to completely own your notes, transfer them where you want them to be, choose who sees them, and update or modify obsidian exactly how you see fit.
I’ll check it out, thanks! I’m just super locked into Notion right now and feeling super efficient with it!
This looks to be a lot more all in one than Trello is, especially for content creators.
I absolutely love notion. My calendar was always on trello but I soon made the switch 🤣
Pat have followed your content for awhile thanks for what you do for the community. Started planning out my first online course. Your video during the income stream 365 straight on that topic was very useful. 🙏
I love this! I’ve used Notion every day the past year for all my notes, keeps them super organized
I like the “On Deck” idea, might run with that, thanks Pat
Thx Pat. Notion is awesome!
Just started using Notion and I’m like a kid in a candy shop. It’s soooo goooood
Notion is great! Been using it for a while now. Great tips Pat.
I absolutely love Notion. I’ve been using it for over a year & I’m mind blown with how powerful it is and how much you can grow with it. I’m even creating a course on it for those that are still unfamiliar with it & how to actually manage your whole life. It’s such a great tool!
Thanks for this Pat! I’m a Notion Ambassador and I’m surprised that you use the tool and really good at it! 🙌
Love your content, always!
Love Notion and keen to hear more content about it from you
Pat, I absolutely would LOVE for all your sample ideas that you shared in this video to become a reality ;).
Thank you so much for making things so simple and helpful. I always wanted to use Notion to organize the things. But it always seemed a bit complicated for me. After watching your video, and the way you explained it here, encouraged me to go ahead. Thanks for making the internet a better place. Always Loved your content. 😊
Same here
I use Notion for so many things and I confirm that it’s super useful and effective. Plus, you have many options and you can do many things with it. Pat always overdelivering amazing value! 💯💥
Companies started having content creators do the ads as part of their videos because they realized everyone uses ad block.
I’ve been using Notion for two years now. I love that I can add my ideas wherever I am, using my phone or iPad.
I personally prefer Obsidian for this kind of thing. It doesn’t come with all the same features (e.g. timeline or kanban board) out of the box, but there are loads of plugins that add whatever functionality you’re missing, and even beyond that since it is highly extendable. You can write notes in a similar way in Notion, but Obsidian is more suited for writers and people who enjoy writing and connecting different notes together. The only caveat is lack of full cross-platform support but they’re working on that as well.
Thanks Patt, appreciate you sharing
