Throughout this video we discuss the techniques of using effective questions rather than just talking at the customer, and how to correctly help them come to conclusions themselves instead of telling it to them. People hate feeling like they are being sold, and your job as salesperson is to help them feel like they are choosing to buy rather than being sold something.
